Our Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If we are unable to publish your article on a minimum of 200 news websites for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. In such an event, we may offer an opportunity to redo the order, but rest assured, you always have the option to claim a full refund if that is your preference.
Refunds During the Writing Process
Upon order placement, we pre-pay our writers for their work. Should you decide to change your mind during the article writing or review process, we can provide a 50% refund. You will still receive your news article and have the ability to request revisions. The completed article will belong to you, and you can use it as you see fit.
Refunds During the Publishing Process
Requests for refunds made during the publishing process will be denied. We are unable to halt a publication that is already in process, and we cannot recover the costs associated with publishing an article. Please review your article thoroughly before sending it to us or approving it for publication. We strive to ensure that your article is error-free. However, you should always verify the following:
- - The article meets your requirements.
- - The business contact details are accurate, as they will be included in the live publications.
- - Spelling and grammar are correct.
- - The keywords you provided have been used.
- - All links are working correctly.
- - The images/videos you want are included and correctly positioned in the article.
Refunds After the Completion of Your Order
If the text of the article you provided or approved does not match the live publications, you can request a free removal and republish. Please note that this policy does not cover discrepancies in the publication's formatting or the placement of images and videos, as each news site controls these aspects.
Should your article fail to be published on a minimum of 200 news sites, you will be entitled to a full refund, as per our Money-Back Guarantee.
All other reasons for a refund will be considered, but approval is not guaranteed.
Refund Timing
Upon receiving your request, we will approve or deny refunds based on this policy within 24 hours.
Credit Card Refunds will be available on your card within 5 - 10 business days. PayPal Refunds will be instantly visible in your PayPal account once we have processed them. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the funds should be available immediately after we process it. If you paid using a card or bank account, the funds usually are available after 5 business days but can take longer depending on your bank.
Refunds will always be returned to the PayPal account, bank account, or card used during payment. We cannot process refunds to a different account.
